- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
- Yes. Upgrade anytime from your Billing page (Stripe handles proration). Downgrade or cancel through "Manage subscription" — you keep access until the end of the current period.
- What happens if my payment fails?
- Stripe automatically retries failed payments for about three weeks. You'll see a banner in the app asking you to update your card. If retries finally fail, your plan switches to Free — your chatbots stay in place, but quotas drop to the Free limits until you re-subscribe.
